The project will develop a cloud-based digital service platform, checkin4u, for the international market, which provides owners and property management companies involved in short-term property rentals with an AI-supported, legally compliant guest registration service. The system aims to automate guest check-in and legally required data provision, while relieving landlords of the risks arising from data management liability.
